This is why we always have a wide range of products to solve your needle requirement issues. We have both re-usable and single use stainless steel needles, including hypodermic needles as well as hollow tube needles. 

All of our needle products are manufactured using only the high quality stainless steel that Sheffield is famous for. Formed with high precision machines that are digitally controlled ensure you receive a super sharp, quality needle product every time. It also enables us to create bespoke needles of custom lengths to your very own specification and fulfil your requirements. Both reusable, single use and sterile disposable needles are available. 

Hypodermic Needles

We offer a variety of large gauge and length combinations in addition to a selection of Hub designs. These include Luer lock, Record mount, Tubular mount, Threaded mount as well as individual custom configuration products.

You can order these needles in either Bright Nickel or Bright Chromium plating. We also have Regular wall, Thin wall, Extra thin wall or Ultra-thin wall stainless tubing that is produced in accordance with SUS 304/316 specifications.

All of our needle products can be produced to the exact specification and requirements requested by our customers. Needle points are offered in Regular Bevel, Short Bevel, Intradermal point, Pencil point, Trocar point and Non-coring deflected points. There are also various point types including sharp bevel, standard cut, back cut or regular bevel.

We have a wide range of stainless steel needles including Luer and Record needles. They are available with various hubs such as Luer mount and Record mount needles, ranging in sizes from 8g to 30g in whichever length you desire. They are also available as thin wall, regular wall and extra thin wall needles to suit your preferences.
