They are ground on high precision computer controlled machines for super sharpness
Needles of special lengths and specifications can also be made Either single use or sterile disposable needles can be offered.
 
 
 

A large gauge and length combination is manufactured and offered in varieties of Hub designs in Luer lock, Record mount, Tubular mount, Threaded mount or as per custom configuration.

These needles are offered both in Bright Nickel or Bright Chromium plating using Regular wall, Thin wall, Extra thin-wall or Ultra thin wall stainless tubing of SUS 304/316 specifications.

Needle points are offered in Regular Bevel, Short Bevel, Intradermal point, Pencil point, Trocar point or non coring deflected points. All needles can be manufactured in accordance to customer specifications and requirements.Point types- sharp bevel/standard cut or back cut/regular bevel- shot of ends
